This Privacy Policy describes how Back Market, Inc., a Delaware corporation, headquartered at 100 Bogart St, Brooklyn, NY 11206, EIN 82-3491104, and it’s parent company, JUNG S.A.S., a simplified joint-stock company who is registered in the Register of Commerce et des Sociétés de Paris under number 804 049 476 and whose VAT number is FR 67804049476 (“Mana by Back Market,” “us,” “we,” or “our”) collect, use, and share information when you visit http://www.mana.backmarket.com (“Site”) (this “Privacy Policy”). By navigating our Site, you agree to accept this Privacy Policy. The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18.
